TechPOS International Corp is a Canadian SaaS company serving more than 1,000 retail stores across North America. We provide point-of-sale and retail management technology for specialty retailers, including POS, inventory, reporting, e-commerce, digital menus, customer loyalty, staff management, and retail operations.
We are expanding our Support and Training team and looking for a Client Enablement Specialist to help train new clients, support onboarding, and strengthen product knowledge across the company.

Position Summary
The Client Enablement Specialist will help new and existing clients learn, adopt, and confidently use the TechPOS platform. This role covers client training, onboarding support, product documentation, internal knowledge transfer, workflow support, and system configuration support. The ideal candidate is comfortable with software, admin settings, troubleshooting, and learning how platform workflows are configured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train new clients during onboarding
  • Support go-live preparation for new accounts
  • Deliver product training to owners, managers, and staff
  • Explain key workflows across POS, inventory, reporting, promotions, e-commerce, digital menus, and price tags
  • Create and update training guides, SOPs, FAQs, and internal documentation
  • Support knowledge transfer between Support, Training, Customer Success, Sales, and Development
  • Assist with basic system settings and configuration changes when required
  • Test new features from a user workflow perspective
  • Document product gaps, bugs, workflow issues, and training needs
  • Join client calls when training or workflow clarification is needed

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in support, training, onboarding, retail operations, SaaS, POS, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining software to non-technical users
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Able to document workflows clearly
  • Comfortable with dashboards, settings, spreadsheets, and software tools
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn system configuration
  • Able to work in person from Vancouver, BC

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with POS, retail software, inventory, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience training clients or internal teams
  • Experience creating SOPs or help documentation
  • SQL or database knowledge
  • Understanding of system settings, permissions, and configuration workflows
  • Retail, hospitality, cannabis, or specialty retail experience
  • Familiarity with CRM, support ticketing, and onboarding tools

  • Repeated questions become better documentation
  • Clients understand and adopt more of the TechPOS platform

Additional Information
This is an in-person role based in downtown Vancouver, BC.
